Caring for our guests and employees is our top priority. It is still possible to book your stay at Luxury Apartments Delft like always. Nevertheless, we would like to inform you that we take into account certain measurements regarding safety.
It is understandable that one can be worried about traveling to Delft but we assure you that the well-being, health and safety of our guests and team members is our top priority. Can I come to visit Delft during coronavirus?
Yes you can. Luxury Apartments Delft is open. All our apartments are foreseen to feel at home when away. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own food. The local markets and supermarkets are open. It’s also possible to order in or take out food from many catering companies and restaurants. Delft is the perfect place to enjoy, relax and have a wonderful stay.
Can I cancel or change my booked reservation?
We are sorry to hear that you will not be able to travel.
Please note a refund is not possible, however we are happy to offer the paid amount as a credit for a future stay. The credit may be used till the end of 2020, and there will be an administration fee of 25 euros deducted. The reservation needs to be made directly though us, and under your name.
Please note you still need to cancel the reservation via the travel agency to avoid this reservation going no-show (in which case no credit will be offered).

What new cleaning routines/rules does Luxury Apartment Delft have now in relation to COVID19?
New processes for cleaning and hygiene
Our team members are being trained in enhanced cleaning routines, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routines. We are also following COVID-19 guidelines provided by local health authorities.
High-touch areas, such as bathrooms, elevator buttons and remote controls, are disinfected and cleaned with a higher frequency
Hand alcohol stations and disposable gloves are available at the reception.
Loose items such as pens, note pads and information material are removed from rooms.
You will find distancing floor markers in our reception, as well as signs reminding our guests and team members to keep a distance
Revised food & beverage offerings
We provide the possibility for an individually packaged breakfast delivered in your apartment.
